Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible to return it within 3 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the defect.
Product Examination Before Installation
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly examine all products before installation. Once a product is installed, it is not eligible for exchange or refund. We encourage you to ensure that the product meets your expectations and requirements before installation.
Non-OEM Modifications
Please be aware that any modifications to your vehicle that are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) should be performed at a professional workshop and are solely at the customer's request and risk. MSParts.sg will not be responsible or liable for any conditions, damages, or losses arising from such modifications.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of MSParts.sg until paid in full. It's crucial to complete your payment to obtain ownership of the purchased products.

Return Process
